Apabila Ia Benar-Benar Berlaku

‘Tension Tergolek’ adalah satu frasa yang sering kali digunakan apabila berlakunya sesuatu perkara yg tidak memuaskan.

Ia TIDAK lah bermaksud yang Awien akan tergolek-golek baik dilantai mahu di mana sahaja bila setiap kali berada dalam keadaan tension. Ia hanyalah satu luahan ketidakpuasan hati.

Tetapi sesuatu telah berlaku di petang hari tadi ketika membeli-belah barangan dapur, di mana I benar-benar tergolek! kerana sedikit tensi dengan 'arahan' my sayang.

Arahannya, “Sayang nah tutup ironing board ni, I ambil yg lain.”

Tidak sampai 2 saat... !!Kedebup!!... bukan sahaja tergolek... malah terhempap dan kaki ku tersepit dengan kaki ironing board... boleh tak?!... sebab tu Awien takut naik motor ~ agaknya macam tu lah rupa Awien kalau tersepit kat motor (tetiba aje cerita pasal motor)...

Mata disekeliling memandang terkejut... nasib baik cuma ada 2-3 orang sahaja yang memandang... yang pasti mereka bukan sahaja terkejut malah tersenyum sinis pada tuan punya diri yang tergolek bersama ironing board... termasuk my Sayang tersenyum kambing.

Apa I boleh buat?... Gelak aje lah... Uhmm, tension tergolek tau :P...

Teringat kata-kata seorang kawan yang sedang berehat sebulan dirumahnya.... Sakit itu Indah... cukup powerful kata-kata itu membuatkan segala sakit di kaki ni hilang serta merta...

and thanks to my sayang for a scoop of Baskin Robbins.

Another Perception about Maths

Caught a student cheating on self-marking. I am neither angry nor disappointed because it’s the nature way of learning. But I did advise her which eventually and generally inspired me too....

Mathematics is all about Life.

Whatever we do, it’s always involved with calculations that required accuracy even for a simple task.
But what IF we take it for granted?
Then I realise the possibility, it may cause harm not to me but to others as well.
So I share my thoughts with the student.
Besides than accuracy, we need to be true to ourselves in every aspect.

I feel glad that she got my point.

“Miss, thank you for your advice. I needed that because I don’t want to go jail in future.”

“Go to jail?? Explain to me.”

“Like what you said, IF someday, I become an Engineer or Accountant, and just because I want to get everything to be done on time, so I just simply do and what IF I wrongly calculate or cheat on whatever task given to me. And suddenly something gone wrong at the end which can be avoided.... I guess... I am not a strong person to bear the consequences.... I will be more careful and I won’t cheat anymore.”

“That’s good for you and for all of us. It’s ok to make mistake as part of learning process, so next time you’ll be more aware.”

Note:
The objectives of self-marking are to encourage students to self-assessment and motivate them to be self-discipline. It’s part of Life Skills.

Ps: Anything could be about Life and Mathematics is one of them.

I'm a Part-Timer Fire-Fighter

Then, What should I do....??
nooo, that’s not the question...

Burn... He did it again and again and again... Nope, not my Hubby or my Fathers or my Brothers... It’s about the Neighbour’s husband. The neighbour who complained regards Monty's misbehaviour.

I admit sometimes my father did the same thing especially when I'm not around but not as frequent as this.

Till Today,

Unbelievable! It had been 3 days and 3 nights in a row I had inhaled Carbon from the burning woods that he burn outside the house. And each time I had to be a fire-fighter! Well, I did that when he’s not around. Somehow, he didn’t get the point or was he pretending not to be bothered the message of air pollution??

and this leads to big confusion with..... His reason ~ to get rid the mosquitoes!?
Urrgghh, maybe I should get Shieldtox hampers for them.

*Uhhmmm*
Since talking to the husband was not working, perhaps I should talk to the wife when the time is right. I hope the discussion will end well, so that I can resign peacefully from the 'part-time' job. Good Luck to me.

What a MONKEY!!

Not man monkey or man man monkey.
I’m talking about Real Monkey up there on our ROOF!
Where does it come from?
Which forest it comes from?
There’s no forest around here anymore until the last part had been chopped off to make ways for new school on hill top next to the highway a month ago.

Pity the monkey, looking for food on cloudy morning.
Hope it will survive for another day.

This incident remind me a story
“There's A Hippopotamus On Our Roof Eating Cake” by Hazel Edwards

I've got no idea how the hippopotamus ends up on the roof but it's interesting story to read pleasurely with a piece of chocolate cake.

The Drizzle Saved Their Lawn

Got a complaint from the neighbour, Monty had been caught pooping at their unattractive lawn but the unattractive lawn seems so desirable to Monty. After all these while I thought he pooped at his special shrub out there. How not good he is.

And how am I going to stop him fooling around? Bite his crooked tail!

So whenever he went there, I sprayed him until he gave up. What a weakness - he doesn’t like rain so its end there and back to his own new loo which is a pile of dried leaves.

It’s good enough at the moment.

Oh yeah, Happy Belated New Year ;)

4) Jeux D'enfants aka Love Me If You Dare ( yup another interesting French movie )

Will it works? It's working. Keep It On! WooHoo! :)
